John D. Perches is a shareholder of Wadler, Perches, Hundl & Kerlick.  Mr. Perches has been a practicing attorney licensed with the State Bar of Texas since 1994 and a member of the firm since 1999.

 Mr. Perches represents individuals and entities in a wide variety of litigation matters.  His practice has encompassed a extensive range of civil litigation including personal injury, probate, family, consumer protection, and title insurance litigation.  Mr. Perches also serves as local counsel for both plaintiff and defense litigants.  In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Perches routinely handles criminal defense matters and has served as a court appointed special prosecutor. 

Mr. Perches is a 1988 graduate of Wharton High School, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas in 1991 and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence, also from the University of Texas, in 1994.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Perches has held leadership positions in many service and professional organizations.  He is a past President of the Wharton County Bar Association, current Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Wharton Chamber of Commerce and the President of the Board of Directors for the Northwood Municipal Utility District #1 in Houston, Texas.
